Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alasines, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items such as personalized products, clearance items, and intimate apparel may not be eligible for returns. If the item was marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive the refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Alasines@163.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions within 24-48 business hours. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange once we receive your original item. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then contact us at Alasines@163.com. We are here to help resolve any issues.
